Comment(s): Commissioned for the 35th anniversary of the Vancouver Men's Chorus, this work celebrates the diverse beauty of the winter season. It can be performed with piano only but the optional instrumental accompaniment for flute, clarinet, violin, cello, bass and percussion make this a winter concert centerpiece. The three movements are: 1. The Frost that Stings 2. Snowtime 2. Before the Snow
