Following on from her being the pride of Llangollen, I guess the pub is the The Jenny Jones Hotel, Abbey Road, Llangollen, North Wales. Probably the only connection is that they thought it would be a good name for a pub in Llangollen!
Llangollen is on the main A5 road, built originally by the engineer Telford. It goes to the Irish ferry at Holyhead, Anglesey. Llangollen is probably most famous for hosting the annual International Eisteddfod, which is a huge gathering for competitive music, poetry, and dance. - S. S. Walker
